These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at www.treeservicelaredo.com and any services provided by Master Laredo Tree Service. 1. Services Provided

Master Laredo Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, stump removal, stump grinding, tree trimming and pruning, hazardous tree removal, emergency tree service, cabling and bracing, tree planting, tree transplanting, land and lot clearing, storm damage cleanup, and shrub removal. Services are performed in Laredo, TX and surrounding service areas.

All services are performed by trained professionals. The scope of each job is determined by a free on-site estimate provided before any work begins. Work is not performed until you approve the estimate.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Master Laredo Tree Service are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions change or if additional work is discovered during the job that was not apparent during the initial assessment. We will communicate any changes to you before proceeding with additional work.

We do not charge for estimates. Prices quoted during an estimate are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the job. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a service fee. For large commercial projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

4. Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, animals, and other obstructions. You are also responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards in the work area before work begins. Master Laredo Tree Service is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground features.

5. Liability and Insurance

Master Laredo Tree Service carries general liability insurance and worker's compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, structures, or property. In the event that our crew causes accidental damage during the course of a job, we will work with you and our insurance carrier to address the issue.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from delays caused by weather, permitting, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Permits and Regulations

In some cases, tree removal or trimming may require permits from the City of Laredo or another governing authority. If a permit is required, we will advise you before work begins. It is your responsibility as the property owner to obtain any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will assist with the process where possible.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled job may be subject to a trip fee. Emergency jobs are exempt from this policy.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services, request estimates, and contact us. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts or interferes with its operation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
